(1) Social organizations that want to join the council must submit an application to the council in the prescribed format.
(2) The social association organizations that apply according to sub-section (1) must clearly open their statutes, working committee members' names, professions, addresses and the office and date of registration of the organization with the application.
(3) After receiving the application as per sub-section (1), after conducting necessary investigation on such application, if it deems appropriate to associate the relevant social association organization with the council, the council will collect the fee as prescribed and issue a certificate in the prescribed format.
(4) A social association affiliated to the council may separate itself from the council as prescribed.
